Gobi (Cauliflower) Bhaji

Cauliflower is low in fat, high in dietary fiber, folate, water and vitamin C, possessing a very high nutritional density. I love gobi, aloo matar curry very much..nowadays, its cold here sterday its snowing here, thought of making something to munch with coffee , i finally prepared gobi bhaji, which i was craving for a long too..these crispy wonders suits prefectly for snacks, enjoyed having them also for dinner with my rasam rice...its such a easy snacks n tasty one, kids will love to have them very easily rather than as curries r gravies with gobi..

15nos Cauliflower florets

Heat 1/4cup of water with turmeric powder n 1/4tsp red chilly powder, salt..bring them to boil, add the cauliflower florets to the boiling water n put off the stove..close it with lid n keep aside..once they are cooled, drain the water n keep aside the bit cooked cauliflower florets..

Crush the garlic pods finely...take a large bowl n add rice flour, gram flour, corn flour, redchilly powder, fennel seed powder, crushed garlic pods, baking soda n pinch of colour, add enough water n mix everything well until they turns thick batter..heat oil for deepfrying, dip the cauliflower florets in the batter n drop gently one by one in the hot oil...fry them well...
